The OL & Team camps are designed for rising 9th through 12th grade athletes. Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Option U is open to any and all entrant limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Line and Team Camp begins Monday, June 17, with check-in at 8:00 am and concludes Tuesday, June 18 at 5:00 pm.

Camp Fees:

  • Camp cost for Boarders include instruction, meals, dormitory room, supplemental insurance and Camp T-Shirt.
  • Camp cost for Day Campers include instruction, lunch & dinner daily, supplemental insurance, and Camp T-Shirt.
  • A non-refundable $100 deposit must accompany each application. Make checks payable to Option U Football Camp. A confirmation letter will be sent upon the arrival of your application.
  • Arrangements can be made for campers who need to stay in the dorms the night prior to camp by calling 912-478-5522. This will add $35 to your total cost and we must be notified by 6/10.

Housing and Meals
Campers will be housed in one of Georgia Southern’s modern air-conditioned dormitories. Roommate requests should be noted on the application. Nutritious cafeteriastyle, All-You-Can-Eat meals will be served to campers daily at the Landrum Center Student Dining Hall on campus.

What To Bring

  1. Copy of insurance card (Front and Back) and a Health Physical signed by a Physician within a year from the date of Camp. (We cannot return physical)
  2. Towels, wash cloths, bed linens (single bed), sun screen, bedspread or blanket, pillow, and toiletries.
  3. Helmet, football shoes, several pairs of shorts, T-shirts, socks, and supporters for drill periods and activities. Also bring sneakers for indoor activities.
  4. Shoulder pads (O Line Campers).
  5. Quarterbacks should bring their own football with them to camp. (Marked with their name or school)
  6. Spending money for snacks and various camp store items.
  7. DO NOT bring TV’s or stereos.

Veteran Staff
Option U Football Camp boasts an outstanding staff of experienced football coaches known for their ability to teach fundamentals and motivate young people. The Georgia Southern Football coaching staff will direct the camp, assited by other top college and high school coaches.

Medical Attention
Expert medical attention will be available at all times. Our certified professional training staff will be present throughout the camp. A supplemental insurance policy is provided for each camper.
