Our summer camps mirror our programs philosophy of placing a strong emphasis on teaching and learning the fundamentals of football. Young athletes who are serious about becoming better players will thrive under the guidance of our experienced coaches.

The individual evaluation and development of each camper is our focus. We design our practices to expose campers to top level football competition and an inside look at the competitive, physical, and technical skills required by college players.

Option U Football Camps take a blue collar approach to teaching the techniques necessary for success in option football. Our Skill camp gives campers experience in executing several option schemes against different defensive looks as well as the opportunity to develop advanced skills in the passing game. Shoulder pads are recommended for the OL camp as many of the drills will involve limited contact. Offensive line play is physical and many drills are more effective when contact can be implemented. However, shoulder pads are not required and no camper will be under worked. Our experienced staff will teach each camper the proper techniques to be a successful and better football player for their team.
